Welcome to a strong and diversified Impact Investment Panel, which helps to ensure that we at DoLand constantly develop investment products that are both good investments and make a real, positive difference for the world!
Our panel consists of profiles with experience in investment, strategic sustainability and CSR in listed companies, impact investments via the Nordic start-up environment, the B-Corp movement (the companies that are 'best for the world') and from the management of Denmark's largest NGOs. A panel with experience, prospects and ambition - and whose most important task is to ensure that we always take the lead when it comes to investments that makes a difference!
Nille is the co-founder of Märk, a B-corp certified change agency. She has 20 years of consulting experience in systemic change etc. and is an expert in corporate activism, focusing on helping companies go from extractive to regenerative business. Is part of NOW Partners, on boards and advisory boards in socially and sustainability focused organizations. Nille is engaged in the 4th Sector Network, and has mentored young talent in the UNLEASH Global Innovation Lab for the SDGs. In 2020 she was named ‘One of Denmark's strongest Sustainability profiles”.
Birgit Marie Liodden
Founder of TOOL (The Ocean Opportunity Lab), the world's first floating lab (on houseboat), for innovators across ocean related industries, sustainability and tech. Birgit's journey has gone from school dropout to general secretary of Youngship International and first female director of Nor-Shipping. She has fronted #MeToo in Global shipping! Has chairman and board positions in several maritime-related transformation companies in Greenstat. Participates in ‘The Social Movement’ TV series - 4 Days to Save the World. First private owner of a hydrogen car in Norway!
Lisbeth Stausholm Zacho
Started in 2016 Nordic Impact Funds (NIF), which invests for social impact in East Africa. NIF invests in sustainable companies that have good solutions for improving the living conditions of women and vulnerable groups in East Africa. Advises the Red Cross on innovative financial products such as catastrophe bonds and Community Inclusion Currencies. Background as Deputy Director of SOS Children's Villages, Danmarks Nationalbank, IMF and World Bank. Economist from KU and MBA.
Denmark's Green Investment Fund is a government fund that aims to accelerate the green transition in society. This is done by turning conversion into good business. The fund received (in 2020) an additional DKK 6 billion. DKK to develop new green technologies as part of Denmark's Green Future Fund. Has a past as director of NCC Property Development and before those 11 years as director of Corporate Banking in FIH Erhvervsbank. Chairman of the Board of TOMORROW, non-profit platform, which is behind Tomorrow Festival, and a member of the Innovation Fund's Missions International Advisory Board.
Morten is the founder of Climentum Capital, which is a venture fund that is directly incentivized to deliver massive CO2 emission reductions, through investment in the most attractive European climate tech companies. Morten has a past with the Skandia Group, where he has been involved in almost all aspects of asset management for almost 15 years. As CEO of Skandia Asset Management and Investment Director of Skandia DK, he worked intensively with his team in recent years with responsibility and sustainability. Morten is a member of the jury in EY Social Entrepreneur of the Year.
Ex-Chief Sustainability Officer at Mærsk. And has 10 years of experience with impact investments from organizations such as Katapult foundation and Nordic Impact as well as founder of NIIN (Nordic Impact Investing Network). In addition, co-founder and Boardmember of Lifeline Robotics. Investor & advisor in GRIM, Sky.Garden and Be My Eyes etc. Associate partner in Dare Disrupt (tech and disruptive innovation). Former 5-year commitment Boardmember in Ashoka Scandinavia. Co-founder of BLOC (blockchain for open collaboration). Senior Advisor for UNOPS, United Nations for 8 years, until 2021.
Founded NEW / network for executive women just over 13 years ago and has since inspired over 500 female leaders from private, state, and public companies and organizations. As the banner bearer for the "Quest journey", where we each, as leaders or impact investors, make a positive difference, she inspires with magic dice from: science, sustainability / regenerative, tech for good and personal development / spirituality. Christina is a recognized inspirer and facilitator, which she uses to be at the forefront of the Impact Investment Panel.
Jakob Lage Hansen
Jakob has 16 years of experience in the investment industry with a past in Danmarks Nationalbank, Danske Bank, SEB and BankInvest. Along the way, he has built up new business areas, driven change processes, been responsible for strategy for product and business and had his head deep in market research within finance. Educated as an economist at the University of Copenhagen and Berkeley, USA. Jakob has founded DoLand, with a burning desire to democratize access to sustainable investments.
